Guangxing Medical Bioengineering Research Institute

        Guangxing Biomedical Research Institute is a Guang Zhou based innovative biomedical company specialized in environmental purifying technologies and biomedical products development. Luo Rongcheng, MD, the founder of the Institute, is currently the chief and professor of the Bio-Therapy Research Center of Nan Fang Hospital, the First Military Medical University. Dr. Luo has been serving as a tutor for doctoral candidates since 1992. Under Dr. Luo’s leadership, a group of dedicated medical specialists and biologists are the primary driving force of the dynamic organization.

        Since its establishment in 1992, Guangxing has devoted itself in the fields of environmental purification, cell and gene therapy, biomedicine diagnosis and treatment with cutting-edge technologies, equipment, and facilities. Guangxing has been productive in bio-pharmaceutical research, genetic therapy research, and innovative skin care products development. The company has been awarded by both Guangdong Provincial Government and Chinese State Government for its exceptional scientific achievements. Recently, Guangxing has been conducting further epidemiological studies and marketing surveys for further needs analysis and feasibility studies.

        In 2001, partnered with Nanfang Hospital of the First Military Medical University, Guangxing has implemented cell carrier transferring technologies and micro- parcel corpuscle technologies developed by French SKPHARMA Research Institute, and has successfully developed Xipen Cell (Multi-gene) Nutritional Frozen Powder, an innovative skin care product. The primary components of the product include CHF, MT, HA, EMF, Levo Vitamin C, GSH－Px, vitamins and other activated substances. Proven by 568 clinical trial cases, Xipen products have been highly recommended by both domestic and international dermatologists and cosmetologists and warmly welcomed by various customer groups.

        Guangxing has also been working closely with scientists from the Second Military Medical University, University of Arkansas, USA, Weast Corporation Pty Ltd, Australia, and Zhong Shan University for further scientific advances.
